Shirley Brown  is a grammy-nominated vocalist known for her expressive style of R&B and Soul. For her album The Soul of a Woman, Brian Kelly mixed four singles at the legendary Muscle Shoals Sound Studios in Sheffield Alabama on a Neve 8848 Console.

Working with songwriter Charles Richard Cason for producer Wolf Stephenson and Malaco Records, Brian Kelly mixed the four singles:

2. The Last Time I Cry (Over A Man)
3. Who Is Betty
4.  I Caught You With Your Pants Down
